I’m not sure what it is about this about this tool, but I’ve really warmed to it. Effectively this is a glorified To-Do list (Well not even a glorified one!)

Currently I use many ways to take notes and requirements, usually when I scope projects with my clients i will use a mixture of either OneNote, Excel or just plain pen and paper.

What i really like about this tool is that is that the interface has a great flow enabling ease of use that allows me to capture details and categorise them in easily manageable areas.

Workflowly is free and it takes literally 2 minutes to sign up and start using it, I recommend it to anyone that needs to take notes.

The website works really well on my IPhone but I’m hoping that the developers develop this in a “offline mode” as it’s not always possible to maintain an internet connection.
