Enhanced Security Configuration always seems to block something or other. This is how you remove it

On the Service Manager main page (under the Server Summary)

1. Click Configure IE ESC (which is part of the Security Information section)
   
2. A dialog box appears, letting Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration be enabled/disable separately for normal users and administrators.

Nice and simple

Restart the server for the change to take effect
